Benefits of lemon water

A glass of water with the juice of half a lemon revitalises the body and mind. So, start your day by drinking it!




Aids digestion
Lemons give positive effect on the gastrointestinal tract. Lemons contain citric acid, which helps maximize the enzyme function and stimulate the liver to produce bile and aids for detoxification. It flushes out unwanted materials and toxins in digestive tract. Lemon juice can also help to relieve the symptoms of indigestion, heartburn and bloating.


Boost immune system
Lemon content high vitamin C. Therefore, a glass of water with lemon can boost the immune system and help the body in fighting colds and flu. Other than that, it enhances the absorption of iron which plays an important role in immune function. It also high in potassium that stimulates brain and nerve function and help to control the blood pressure. 


Clear skin
Lemons contain antioxidant. It helps decrease blemishes and wrinkles and helps to fight the free radical damage. It helps to make your skin glowing because it is high in vitamin C. It also rejuvenates the skin from within your body. Then, the citric acid in it gradually fades spots and evens the skin tone to reduce the appearance. As it detoxifying in the blood, it will maintain your skin’s radiance.  If you have acne, try to use lemon on your face because it has antibacterial and antifungal properties, which can treat acne.


Help to lose weight
Lemon assists in fighting hunger cravings because of pectin fiber. Start your day by making health conscious choice to drink warm lemon water every morning after you wake up.

Lemon juice help kill off bad bacteria in the mouth because of the antiseptic qualities in it. Citric acid can erode tooth enamel. How to make fresh lemon water

Ok. As we know, lemon water give you many benefits. Fresh lemon ok. not the one in bottles or boxes. i would like to share with you guys on how to make fresh lemon water.

1 lemon
Cut into two
Use a fork to squeeze
Squeeze and rotate the fork in a circular movement to get more juices 
Pour warm water depends on your preference for its concentration, dilute or not.
then, WALLAH! you may drink it immediately! Fresh!

Energy intake and energy requirement. So, some tips for you guys to maintain, losing or gaining weight.
  • Maintaining weight - To maintain weight, energy intake is equal with the energy expenditure. This means that you need to eat and drink equal the calories you burn.

  • Losing weight — To lose weight, the energy expenditure is more than the energy intake. The calories you eat and drink are less than the calories you burn will help you to lose weight

  • Gaining weight — To gain weight, the calories you eat and drink are more than the calories you burn which means  the energy intake is higher than energy expenditure.

Pemilihan yang bijak

Hello there. ok. Just nak motivate kan anda semua tentang kesihatan. firstly, sebagai seorang insan yang hidup diatas muka bumi ini, kita mesti nak sihat kan. tapi, apa usaha kita untuk ke arah menuju ke tahap kesihatan yang kita mahu kan? Adakah kita sudah bandingkan gaya pemakanan kita sekarang dengan yang sepatutnya? Ada atau tidak perubahan yang kita lakukan? Adakah kita bannyak mengambil makanan bergoreng atar bergula? selalu mengambil minuman manis?  makan sayur atau gandum? Lain orang lain. Macam-macam jenis orang ada. Fikirkan apa yang anda makan dan minum. Tanya pada diri anda. Do you make a better choices? pilihan yang lebih baik untuk diri anda. Hanya anda yang boleh menentukannya. Ini adalah salah satu cara untuk pilihan yang bijak untuk diri kita dimana perubahan diri kita dapat merubah tahap kesihatan diri kita.
  1. Makan jumlah kalori yang betul untuk diri anda
  2. Kurangkan porsi makanan
  3. Fokus pada makanan yang anda perlu
  4. Apabila makan diluar, buat pilihan yang bijak
  5. Masak selalu makanan sendiri kerana anda lebih tahu apa ingredient yang anda gunakan
  6. Tingkatkan fizikal aktiviti
  7. Kurang kan aktiviti yang duduk sahaja seperti menonton televisyen dan sebagainya
  8. Banyak membaca tentang kesihatan
